Short Episode Descriptions
After successfully gaining access to the city of Praxis in Hollow Earth, Magnus (Amanda Tapping) and the team are met with a hostile welcome by the city’s leader Ranna (Polly Walker) who has a secret agenda.

Visited the studios a few times. Here's a handful of spoilers that I can remember.
2x11 is going to be HUGE. Stunts, CGi, you name it. And it makes sense since it will be the first episode back after the break. While visiting, there was this huge piece of green screen built over wood sitting under the carport. It almost looked like the underside of a boat and we were speculating what it could be. Well, Martin Wood came out with the crew and was setting up shots and pre-directing, something that was really cool to be able to witness - Martin at work! He came over and told us that "this is Big Bertha's Brother," and from there, the huge extra became known as "Big Ben" in our group and has apparently carried over to the set of Sanctuary. SanctuarySeries had replied to us using "Big Ben" but then deleted the tweet, probably because it was considered too spoilery.
Another day, the head of set dec. came over to chat with us. Really lovely guy. We asked him for spoilers and he delivered! We wanted to know if Martin was joking about "Big Ben" and he said absolutely not. And in fact, the scene that they were performing that day involving Big Bertha's brother consisted of Magnus operating on the creature in a giant lava pit.
On one of the days, actor Nels Larson (http://twitter.com/NelsLennarson), who is guest-starring for this arc, came out to visit us. He was dressed in futuristic black garb. Military issued pants, a black t-shirt, some sort of funky, futuristic watch on his arm that he said Lee Wilson would magically turn into a hologram. Lots of belts and gear on him. We asked him if he was a bad guy and he remained quite elusive about that fact, but he was definitely dressed like a bad guy.
We asked him what they were filming and he told us a story about the "inner-world". We have no idea what he meant by this, but putting it together with the information on Big Ben, it's very fun to speculate.

Polly Walker will guest star on Syfy's "Sanctuary" for two episodes next season.
The actress best known for HBO's "Rome" and Syfy's "Caprica" will play Ranna, a powerful foe who faces Helen Magnus (Amanda Tapping) after the team encounters her in the show's mid-season cliffhanger. A Syfy rep confirmed the role won't impact her "Caprica" duties.
